On September 05, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has registered Order No.149н of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation “On Amendments to the Annex to Order No.159н of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation “On Goods Shipping in Accordance with the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets”, dated October 24, 2017” dated July 05, 2018.
In connection with the accession of the People’s Republic of China to the TIR Convention, the list of checkpoints through which goods are allowed to be shipped under the TIR procedure is additionally extended by the IABP “Zabaikalsk” and IABP “Pogranichny”. Order No. 149н of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated July 5, 2018 comes into force on October 7, 2018.
